Continuous Improvement in Solenis Quality, Supply Chain Processes, Council Performance, and Training

  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategy for Solenis
  • Develop and Lead Solenis Quality Organization
  • Develop, Implement, and Maintain Solenis Supply Chain Technical Training Program and Solenis Total Quality Management including Six Sigma or Equivalent
  • Develop, Implement, and Manage Solenis Supply Chain Process Improvement Program
  • Lead Global Quality Council
  • Maintain ISO 9000 Certification and Quality Related Certifications
  • Lead Solenis Leadership Level Quality Reviews
  • Report Global Quality KPI’s
  • Lead Solenis Global Plant Laboratory Council
  • Provide Oversight of Global Solenis Supply Chain Councils: Planning, Customer Service, Global Trade, and Logistics

Key role responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Quality Team and Council and develop/implement global Quality strategy.  
  • Manage Global Quality improvement projects.
  • Solenis Supply Chain Technical Training and TQM Program
  • Deliver Solenis Quality Metrics (DPMO, OTIF, complaint response times, returns)
  • Solenis Councils Oversight
  • Prepare and Lead Quality monthly review meeting with Solenis global management
  • Global Plant Lab Team leadership


  • BS Degree-Chemistry, Quality, Engineering or Equivalent Experience
  • Laboratory or Quality Leadership and/or Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
  • ISO 9000 Quality Standards
  • SAP QM Module experience a plus
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt, or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management skills #LI-EN1
