As a  Sales Service Associate, you will be support the local sales team at our customer's paper mills in the the Asheville, NC area. You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing, monitoring, troubleshooting equipment
  • Daily checks and inventory
  • Routine testing and monitoring of pulp mill programs
  • Laboratory testing
  • Data analysis


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in an industrial, pulp/paper or other technical specialty preferred
  • Experience in an industrial setting
  • Hands on, mechanically inclined
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated
  • Extremely high safety awareness
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable
  • Team player
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
