The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for driving projects in support of the revenue/profit plan for key Corporate clients. The IOM is expected to interface and build critical mid/high level relationships with these clients at certain sites and Corp.Technical/R&D for the benefit of Solenis long term business. The IOM provides oversight of our Sales Funnel and Continuous Improvement Program influencing local sales teams calling on these clients to assure overall customer satisfaction. This role could also serve as a preliminary role for a Strategic Account Manager.


Key role responsibilities:


  • Support revenue and gross profit plan by driving selected projects
  • Support sales organization in delivering client satisfaction through influence management
  • Build relationships and serve as a bridge on projects between sites, Corp. Technical and R&D
  • Document value delivered by Solenis and communicate to customer’s corporate office
  • Manage sales funnel across assigned client organization
  • Timely feedback to Technology and Marketing departments based on client opportunities


  • 5+ years in Pulp & Paper industry with specific knowledge of Tissue & Towel manufacturing required.  
  • Specific knowledge of Through-Air-Drying (TAD) technology considered a significant plus.  
  • Must have demonstrated success in project management, value documentation, and driving best practices across a business.  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence mill managers, production managers, and team members to make decisions in our favor.
