    As a Senior Key Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and selling new business and new applications with in the territory. This is a sales focused position which will involve development and implementation of sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Area Manager including documenting ROI after the closure of the program.  In this role you will also be responsible for establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.


    Other role Responsibilities Include:


    • Work with local support team to maintain and grow account base
    • Review treatment programs and processes with accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention
    • Knowledge of the Paper Mill Utility (Influent / Effluent, Boiler and Cooling Water Treatment), Power, Medium to Heavy Industrial, and Food markets.
    • Maintain and build business/customer relationships.
    • Conduct the necessary site and LMS/class room training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites.
    • Work with local support team to drive value for the customer and document ROI
    • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
    • Expected overnight travel <25%.


    En tant que gestionnaire principal de comptes clés, vous serez en charge de la maintenance ainsi que des ventes de nouvelles activités et applications au sein du territoire. Il s’agit d’un poste de vente qui implique le développement et la mise en place des plans promotionnels sur les nouvelles possibilités sous la direction du directeur régional, notamment la consignation du RCI après la fermeture du programme. Dans ce rôle, vous serez également en charge d’établir, de maintenir et de classer par ordre de priorité une liste actuelle et exacte de clients potentiels dans le SFDC.


    Les autres responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :


    • Collaborer avec l’équipe de soutien locale au maintien et au développement de la clientèle.
    • Examiner les programmes et les processus de traitement avec les clients; s’assurer de l’efficacité des applications en effectuant des essais de routine et une surveillance de manière à garantir la satisfaction des clients et le maintien de la clientèle.
    • Connaissance des installations de la papeterie (Influents / Effluents, traitement de la chaudière et de l’eau de refroidissement), des marchés de l’électricité, industriels moyens et lourds, et de l’alimentation.
    • Créer et maintenir des relations d’affaires et avec les clients.
    • Diriger les programmes de formation nécessaires sur place et par LMS ou en classe afin de comprendre les opérations globales des usines et des nouveaux emplacements de clients sur le territoire.
    • Travailler avec l’équipe de soutien locale pour générer de la valeur pour nos clients et consigner le RCI.
    • Examiner les applications et les processus/procédures du territoire pour apporter des améliorations en matière de sécurité.
    • Déplacements de nuit prévus : moins de 25 %.


    • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience, preferred BS in chemical engineering
    • Knowledge of the Paper Mill Utility (Influent / Effluent, Boiler and Cooling Water Treatment), Power and Food markets.
    • Proven project management or sales skills preferably in the field of water treatment
    • Good communication skills

    Compétences requises

    • Détenir un baccalauréat en sciences ou une expérience équivalente, de préférence un baccalauréat ès sciences en génie chimique.
    • Connaissance des installations de la papeterie (Influents / Effluents, traitement de la chaudière et de l’eau de refroidissement), des marchés de l’électricité et de l’alimentation.
    • Capacités démontrées dans la gestion de projets ou de ventes, de préférence dans le domaine du traitement de l’eau.
    • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes de communication.
    • Montrer une solide éthique professionnelle.
    • Être axé sur la sécurité.
    • Présenter un dossier de conduite impeccable.
    • Posséder de très bonnes compétences en informatique.
