    Description

    4 year college degree. Would prefer that the degree be science based. Have at least 7 years paper chemical sales experience or several years of experience in tissue operations. Strong experience in tissue operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience
    • 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper specialty chemical sales with a track record of sales success
    • Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve team goals and business plan
    • Builds a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty and team spirit and diversity
    • Proactively identifies and anticipates customer requirements, expectations, and needs
    • Understands the customers’ business and helps them deliver on their goals and objectives
    • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of customer (businesses, organizational structure, value drivers, products/services, competitive market positions) and relevant industries and markets (economic trends, and value drivers, threats/opportunities, current growth and future potential)
    • Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, interpersonal skills and ability to manage remotely and motivate the sales team
    • Authorized to work in the United States
