    Description

    As an Assistant Product Coordinator you will:

     

    1. Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Change Management processes for North and Latin America regions and collaboration with global teams.
      1. Create materials in SAP and initiate SAP material workflow process. Follow up with approvers as necessary via phone and email.
      2. Create/maintain product and raw material specifications, formulations and technical data in Lotus Notes database as part of NPI process.  All changes must be in accordance with change management policies.
    1. Maintain global product information in SAP material master, EHS Substance database (SAP) and Lotus Notes databases
      1. Run periodic SAP reports to create MS Excel spreadsheets and data review/validation.
      2. Data clean up in both SAP and LN DBs based on above reports.
      3. Liaison with Master data for minor changes to Material Master in SAP
    1. Assist in requests sent to Product Support -   Analyze request, determine required action and execute accordingly
    1. Complete special projects such as data analysis, Excel spreadsheet preparation, data entry.

     

    1. Collaborate with members of supply chain and corporate groups to accomplish approvals of new products, changes and resolution of issues.
    1. Support customer service and other supply chain groups as needed regarding product information and settings in data systems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent business administration experience
    • Solenis business processes - preferred
    • SAP experience (basic navigation preferred)
    • Microsoft Office – MS Excel required
    • Lotus Notes databases
    • Detail & Action oriented
    • Organized, ability to handle multiple & changing priorities, excellent time management skills
    • Self starter, ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • English required
    • Critical thinker – ability to analyze complex requests
