    The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is key in coordinating processes and analyses to support the global Finance team and various business leaders.  The primary objectives of the role are to consolidate the global forecast and business plan, develop reporting packages for executives and the Board of Directors, and coordinate cross-regional analysis on sales, gross profit, and SG&A.  The incumbent will lead a team of 2, based in Hyderabad, India, who are primarily responsible for global sales incentive calculations and routine data analysis.


    Key Role Responsibilities:

    • Manages team of off-shore analysts, providing coaching and mentoring
    • Construct Financial models for ad hoc analysis and decision making
    • Coordinate and improve forecast/planning processes
    • Analysis of month/quarter/year end results with comparison to prior year, business plan, and last forecast
    • Calculate global sales incentives and recommend improvements in the calculation methodology and to the plan
    • Prepare materials for business leaders, global Finance, the CEO, and the Board of Directors


    • B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related degree. MBA preferred but not required
    • At least 5 years of financial analysis in an global environment
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Highly proficient in Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
    • Highly proficient in
