    Description

    The Senior Sales Manager is the primary resource for management of customer relationships and overall customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for total account management: 1) lead and manage account reps, support engineers, & technicians 2) manage technical offerings and incorporation of applications and platform launch support 3) responsible for financial metrics & goals/targets – revenue, profit dollars, and overall profitability.  They will also be responsible for business growth, primarily within existing accounts and new customer business and training course completion of all Sales Account Manager IV level as well as Richardson Coaching and any other applicable training courses required by their manager

    Other role responsibilities:

    • Manage safety initiative, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results
    • Manage & work with platform launch, applications, and HPST/District resources to grow and expand our business at existing customer locations
    • Manage and utilize both product management and applications support group to best fit customer needs and expectations.
    • Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business
    • Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability, price improvement, reduction of accounts receivables

    Qualifications

    • Chemical Engineer degree preferred (other engineering and sciences disciplines acceptable)
