Sales Incentive Program (SIP) eligible

GENERAL SCOPE
- Oversees Corporate Accounts for the a Region within a BU. Reports to the VP of Corporate Accounts for the BU.  Revenue responsibility for the Region within the BU. - Determines and is accountable strategy and operational direction for Regional Corporate Accounts in the BU
- National and/or major region
- Provides input into BU and/or enterprise-wide strategic decisions
- Member of a “executive team” for BU Commercial team
- Percentage of overall total revenue within LOB or function

IMPACT
Major impact on the success of the  LOB or function. Major impact on  brand & reputational impact.  Decisions or recommendations have major impact on the success or failure to achieve critical company goals.  Actions will affect the reputation of the LOB or function and sometimes the company.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP FOCUS
Long-term strategy of the LOB or function. Leverage key products, services and/or solutions across the enterprise 

BUSINESS ACUMEN
Full understanding of own LOB or function. Full understanding of the industry and   as a whole.  

Qualifications

  • BA/BS 4-year degree in Engineering or Science
  • 10+ years technical sales; 5+ years Sr. level customer interface   
  • Manufacturing and/or Chemical industries
