Description

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside support engineers and service technicians
  • Manage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results.
  • Maintain and build business/customer relationships.
  • Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the customer.
  • Work closely with District Manager to continually assess personnel and develop sales team plan through PDR process.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 3+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or chemical industry preferred)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
  • Computer Savviness
  • Strong sales skills
  • Customer focused 
  • Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues 
  • Strong Problem solving and Communication skills
